Counselor:  Our All East Bay Relocation Services counselor serves as the Single Point of Contact for each of your employees.  Once the needs of your transferee are establish and verified, a relocation plan will be jointly developed and carried out.  This sometimes flexible relocation plan will be administered by our Counselor to the complete satisfaction of your employee.

Departure Services:

All East Bay Relocation Services has experience in locating Top Realtors who have the necessary skills and a demonstrated history of success in selling property in today’s challenging real estate market.  We will assist by putting you in contact with those top professionals in your area.  Our goal is to assist in your selling of your home both quickly for the highest possible price with the least inconvenience to you.  Our involvement with assure you that everything that can be done to accomplish this goal is being done on your behalf.

All East Bay Relocation Services maintains relationships with nationwide van line service providers including both Mayflower and United Van Lines.  We will negotiate additional discounted moving rates that will be subsequently guaranteed for the transfer of your many employees from out of the area or out of state.

Destination Services: 

It is our commitment to assist in the transition of your employee and family into their new location with the minimum of inconvenience in as cost-efficient a manner as feasible.

Area Orientation:  We will provide tours of your designated area with a realtor who can show various East Bay Communities in depth.  This service is generally conducted prior the actual relocation.
 
Rental Assistance:  We can arrange to show your employee a number of rental properties that meet their exacting requirements highlighting their location to the many desirable services found in the east bay region.

Home Finding Assistance:  All East Bay Relocation Services will provide real estate services in the destination area.  These services will be performed by one of our team members that is well acquainted with the destination area or by a select referral agent who is highly knowledgeable in a specific area for your investigation.

Temporary Housing:  Our relocation counselor will arrange for a short or long term lease in a furnished or unfurnished luxury apartment or condominium.  This provides your employee the flexibility of getting to know the area before making the all important decision of where to purchase a home.
